A brand new look. But first, a whole new design system.
Walmart was set to launch an entirely re-vamped corporate identity. But before they did, they asked our team to help them establish a new design language for their ecommerce platform and website.

The ask: 
Create a streamlined, global pattern library system across all digital touchpoints, from native Apps to Walmart’s ecommerce platform. Efficiently implement this new system atop all existing digital assets, establishing it as the guiding standard for all future work.

The answer:  
Something that came to be called "Living Design"—Walmart’s completely re-imagined eCommerce platform, launched July 2017, currently offering a serious alternative to Amazon.
