Adobe was looking for a better way to lead enterprise-level customers through adobe.com. They wanted a new, self-guided "Jumpstart" experience that would educate visitors, while capturing information about them and their needs—with the goal of creating data sets the customer—and Adobe—could leverage.

The ask: 
Help Adobe forge stronger business relationships by helping customers understand Adobe’s real value. Give Adobe a way to better understand the needs of customers, and an effective means to collect and make that data actionable.

The answer:
An entirely new experience for Adobe and their customers. A uniquely dynamic, two-way conduit of information, allowing for more meaningful engagement, and deeper levels of consumer knowledge about the Adobe suite of products. An exceptional new stream of actionable data to help Adobe better meet the needs of their customers.
